This is one of our most popular items. We take the time to roast the eggplant and red peppers until they are perfectly charred. Then we combine them with a high quality tomato paste and a special blend of spices. For a finishing touch, we mix in toasted pine nuts. You can eat this right out of the jar and you won’t want to stop. The pine nuts add a little crunch and we use red pepper flakes for a subtle hint of spice. Pour into a bowl and serve with toasted bread or crackers for an appetizer, use as a spread on Panini's, replace marinara on your pizza with this, use a sauce for pasta. All are sure to please you and whoever you are feeding.
