About This Product

Al Pastor is a favorite L.A. street food, so we pulled in those flavors for this awesome quesadilla filled with plant based pork and pineapple chunks, smothered in vegan mozzarella and cheddar cheeses, and we topped it off with an al pastor sauce made with spicy chipotle peppers and adobo sauce.
