Castello Extra Creamy Danish is a higher fat content than the Traditional Danish Blue. This results in a softer texture and a slightly milder taste - a wild blue mold aroma, buttery, with a hint of oiliness. The taste of creamy, juicy and salty, with a sharp blue mold sourness overlaid on the tempered salty butter. Can be served with sweet fruit, berries, stewed fruit, tasted and buttered light and dark bread. It also pairs well with spices such as tarragon and roasted garlic.
