Our ginger paste is at its best flavor, color and aroma. Reach for our ginger right when inspiration strikes- it’s best added to sauces, marinades, juices and cookies at the beginning of cooking. Use 1 tablespoon of paste in place of 1 tablespoon of fresh ginger or 1 inch of ginger root. Store refrigerated for weeks after opening.
