About This Product

XO Sauce was developed in the 1980s by Cantonese chefs in Hong Kong to be used as a spicy seafood sauce. XO Sauce contains a mixture of diced dried seafood primarily scallops and shrimp that are cooked with chili, onion, garlic and oil.
