Made in Buda, TX. What is unique in this salsa is the addition of Cilantro. Cilantro is also known as Coriander. All parts of the plant are edible, but the fresh leaves and the dried seeds are the parts most traditionally used in cooking. Accompanied along with black beans, this salsa is great to add to Tortilla soup or as a topper for fish, chicken or beef. Also, great over nachos or tacos. Additionally, black beans are fat free and an excellent source of protein.
